The School of Art + Art History + Design's Master of Design program is based on interdisciplinary work and research-driven design practice. Students develop individualized research agendas in the areas of Industrial Design, Interaction Design and Visual Communication Design. They work closely with Design faculty to develop courses of study that draw upon the University’s broad academic community and the professional design community in and around Seattle.
